HISTORY

At Instituto Bilingüe La Silla, we boast an impressive 40-year history. Our journey began in 1983 when a visionary group of parents, passionate about preschool education, came together to establish our institution.

In 1990, we extended our educational activities to include the Ing. Rafael Serna Treviño Primary unit, and in 2000, the Lux Junior High Unit, now known as Tec District Campus, joined our family. In 2007, we proudly inaugurated our second campus, Sierra Alta Campus, bringing together all three educational levels: Preschool, Elementary, and Junior High.

We take great pride in being a secular institution, where we offer personalized attention within small class sizes, averaging just 20 students per classroom. Our curriculum encompasses English-Spanish bilingual education, an introduction to the French language, a comprehensive computer program, the nurturing of universal values, the development of critical thinking skills, sports training with representative basketball and soccer teams, and art education through choral and painting classes. Additionally, we offer a range of extracurricular activities such as jazz, ballet, robotics, chess, leadership activities, and expo fairs that promote entrepreneurial skills, science exhibitions, spelling competitions, and much more.

Join us in providing your child with a well-rounded and enriching education experience at Instituto Bilingüe La Silla, where we've been making a difference for four decades.
